  • Minimal Sizing: Each die is engineered to size the cartridge shoulder just enough to avoid overworking the brass while ensuring reliable feeding and function.
  • Enhanced Base Sizing: The base of the cartridge is sized more than a standard die, allowing "fired and tired" brass to be reused without issues such as clicking or sticky bolt closure.
  • Precision Geometry: Neck/shoulder radius and neck diameters are meticulously derived from the parent cartridge’s body geometry, maintaining the true shape of the brass.
  • Superior Material: Constructed from new materials that provide improved surface finish and core strength compared to traditional 416 Stainless and 12L14.
  • Advanced Heat Treatment: Offers a surface hardness of up to 80 Rockwell on the C scale, with enhanced lubricity compared to standard heat treat and Salt Bath Nitriding/Melojnite.
  • Precision Machining: Die bodies are machined in two operations, ensuring extreme accuracy.
  • Compatibility: Uses standard 7/8 x 14 external threads for easy attachment to any standard reloading press.
