RETURNS POLICY - RETAIL CUSTOMERS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, the information below explains how to return items bought from Brownells UK online.
You can change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Once you’ve told us you want to cancel, you have another 14 days to send the items back.
This “cooling‑off” right applies to most online purchases, as long as items are returned in original, resaleable condition.
Contact us in writing (email is fine) to let us know you’d like to return an item and include your order number.
Pack the goods securely in their original packaging where possible.
Include your name, order number and contact details inside the parcel.
Send the parcel to our returns address and keep proof of postage.

If you simply change your mind or ordered the wrong item, you will need to pay the return postage.
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or we have sent the wrong goods, we will refund you for the goods and any standard delivery charges once we have inspected the return.
Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned goods.
Please check your order on delivery and let us know as soon as possible if anything is damaged, defective or missing.
We may ask for photos or further details to help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
We do not offer direct item swaps.
If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
