Only the closely controlled density of felt wheels will give the superb finish that marks the real professional. Complete instructions on Polish-O-Ray™ tube describes felt wheel technique. It is best to use a different wheel for each polish grit. 1/2 hp or under, use 6" wheels at 3600 RPM, 1/2 hp or over, 8" at 1800, 3/4 hp or over can use 10" at 1800. 10" for experienced polishers only. Use the soft felt for most work, medium or hard wheel for 555™ Polish.

Introducing the FELT POLISHING WHEELS from BACON FELT COMPANY, designed for professional gunsmiths and enthusiasts alike. Our 8" Soft Felt Polishing Wheel with a 7/8" arbor ensures a superior polish that meets the highest standards.
Product Features:
- Finest quality 1" wide felt wheels, carefully selected and factory trued.
- Final touch-up truing may be required for optimal results.
- Controlled density of felt wheels provides a superb finish, ideal for professionals.
- Complete instructions on Polish-O-Ray™ tube describe felt wheel technique.
- Recommended to use a different wheel for each polish grit.
Specifications:
- All wheels are 1" (2.5cm) thick.
- All made with a 1" (2.5cm) arbor.
- Adapters convert to 1/2" (12.7mm), 5/8" (15.9mm), 3/4" (6.4mm), and 7/8" (22.2mm).
- One adapter supplied with each wheel.
Usage Guidelines:
- For motors of 1/2 hp or under, use 6" wheels at 3600 RPM.
- For motors of 1/2 hp or over, use 8" wheels at 1800 RPM.
- For motors of 3/4 hp or over, 10" wheels at 1800 RPM are recommended (for experienced polishers only).
Utilize the soft felt for most polishing tasks, while medium or hard wheels are suitable for 555™ Polish. Elevate your gunsmithing experience with the precision and quality of BACON FELT COMPANY's polishing wheels.
