Achieve a Professional Finish with BACON FELT COMPANY's Polishing Wheels

The BACON FELT COMPANY 6" Hard Felt Polishing Wheel is expertly crafted for precision and durability, making it the ideal choice for gunsmiths and polishing enthusiasts alike.

Product Features:

  • Finest Quality: Each 1" wide felt wheel is carefully selected and factory trued to ensure optimal performance.
  • Superb Finish: The closely controlled density of the felt wheels provides a finish that distinguishes the true professional.
  • Complete Instructions: Detailed guidance on felt wheel technique is included with the Polish-O-Ray™ tube.
  • Optimal Usage: It is recommended to use a different wheel for each polish grit for the best results.
  • Specifications: All wheels are 1" (2.5cm) thick and come with a 1" (2.5cm) arbor. Adapters are available to convert to 1/2" (12.7mm), 5/8" (15.9mm), 3/4" (6.4mm), and 7/8" (22.2mm), with one adapter supplied with each wheel.

Performance Guidelines:

For motors of 1/2 hp or under, use 6" wheels at 3600 RPM. For motors of 1/2 hp or over, use 8" wheels at 1800 RPM. Experienced polishers may opt for 10" wheels at 1800 RPM, while it is best to use soft felt for most work and medium or hard wheels for 555™ Polish.
