Only the closely controlled density of felt wheels will give the superb finish that marks the real professional. Complete instructions on Polish-O-Ray™ tube describes felt wheel technique. It is best to use a different wheel for each polish grit. 1/2 hp or under, use 6" wheels at 3600 RPM, 1/2 hp or over, 8" at 1800, 3/4 hp or over can use 10" at 1800. 10" for experienced polishers only. Use the soft felt for most work, medium or hard wheel for 555™ Polish.

Product Features:
- 1" wide felt wheels, carefully selected and factory trued.
- Controlled density for a professional-grade finish.
- Complete instructions available on the Polish-O-Ray™ tube, detailing felt wheel techniques.
- Best practice: use a different wheel for each polish grit.
Specifications:
- All wheels are 1" (2.5cm) thick.
- Standard arbor size: 1" (2.5cm).
- Adapters available to convert to 1/2" (12.7mm), 5/8" (15.9mm), 3/4" (6.4mm), and 7/8" (22.2mm).
- One adapter supplied with each wheel.
Usage Recommendations:
For optimal performance:
- Use 6" wheels at 3600 RPM for motors under 1/2 hp.
- For motors 1/2 hp or over, use 8" wheels at 1800 RPM.
- Experienced polishers can use 10" wheels at 1800 RPM.
Utilise the soft felt for most polishing tasks, while medium or hard wheels are recommended for 555™ Polish.
