Introducing the DOUGLAS 6MM 1-10 TWIST CM #4 CONTOUR ULTRA RIFLED BARREL, a match-grade barrel blank from the U.S.'s oldest barrel maker, Douglas. Renowned for their exceptional quality, Douglas Double XX barrels are the perfect choice for any rebarrelling project.

Unmatched Quality and Performance

These premium-grade barrels are crafted with proven accuracy and meticulous care in manufacture. Each barrel is:

  • Button rifled for unequalled smoothness
  • Tolerances for groove diameter and straightness held to .0005"
  • Available in .22 through .338 with 6 grooves
  • Available in .358, .375, and .458 with 8 grooves

No straightening is performed, and all barrels are stress relieved to ensure optimal performance.

Specifications

Constructed from 4140 Chrome Moly and stainless steel, the "finished" dimensions are detailed in the accompanying chart. Please note:

  • Unturned Blanks will be .025" (.63mm) to .050" (1.3mm) larger in diameter
  • 1-½" (3.8cm) longer than specified
  • Not threaded or chambered

Brownells USA I will buy this product again and again 06/12/2011

Bore was beautifully finished, .0001 straight from end to end. Groove diameter was a few 10ths under bullet diameter and .0001 taper from breach to muzzle, (3573 – 3572 @ muzzle) giving excellent gas seal! Best 35 cal barrel I've seen yet!
