Button rifled for unequalled smoothness with tolerances for groove diameter and straightness held to .0005". .22 through .338 barrels feature 6- grooves while the .358, .375 and .458 barrels have 8. No straightening is done and all barrels are stress relieved.

Product Features:

Match-Grade Barrel Blanks: Crafted for exceptional performance and accuracy.
Premium-Grade Materials: Made from famous Douglas Double XX barrels.
Manufacturing Excellence: Each barrel is button rifled for unrivaled smoothness.
Precision Tolerances: Groove diameter and straightness held to .0005".
Groove Options: .22 through .338 barrels feature 6 grooves, while .358, .375, and .458 barrels have 8 grooves.
Stress Relieved: All barrels are stress relieved with no straightening done.

Specifications:

Material: 4140 Chrome moly and stainless steel. The "Finished" dimensions are shown in the chart. Unturned Blanks will be .025" (.63mm)-.050" (1.3mm) larger in diameter and 1-½" (3.8cm) longer than shown. Not threaded or chambered.

Definitely recommended

I will buy this product again and again 06/12/2011

Bore was beautifully finished, .0001 straight from end to end. Groove diameter was a few 10ths under bullet diameter and .0001 taper from breach to muzzle, (3573 â 3572 @ muzzle) giving excellent gas seal! Best 35 cal barrel I've seen yet!
