Button rifled for unequalled smoothness with tolerances for groove diameter and straightness held to .0005". .22 through .338 barrels feature 6- grooves while the .358, .375 and .458 barrels have 8. No straightening is done and all barrels are stress relieved.

Product Features:

  • Manufacturing Excellence: Each barrel is carefully crafted with a focus on accuracy and smoothness.
  • Button Rifled: Ensures a smooth finish with tolerances for groove diameter and straightness held to .0005".
  • Groove Options: .22 through .338 barrels feature 6 grooves, while .358, .375, and .458 barrels have 8 grooves.
  • Stress Relieved: All barrels undergo a stress relief process, ensuring durability and performance.

Specifications:

Made from 4140 Chrome Moly and stainless steel, the barrel blanks come with "finished" dimensions as indicated in the chart. Please note that unturned blanks will be .025" (.63mm) to .050" (1.3mm) larger in diameter and 1-½" (3.8cm) longer than the specified dimensions. These barrels are not threaded or chambered.
