Button rifled for unequalled smoothness with tolerances for groove diameter and straightness held to .0005". .22 through .338 barrels feature 6- grooves while the .358, .375 and .458 barrels have 8. No straightening is done and all barrels are stress relieved.

The CONTOUR #2, DOUGLAS .30 1-10 TWIST CM #2 CONTOUR ULTRA RIFLED BARREL is a testament to Douglas's commitment to quality and performance. Known for their exceptional craftsmanship, Douglas barrels are a top choice for any rebarrelling project.

Product Features:

  • Button Rifled: Achieves unparalleled smoothness with tight tolerances for groove diameter and straightness held to .0005".
  • Groove Options: .22 through .338 barrels feature 6 grooves, while .358, .375, and .458 barrels have 8 grooves.
  • Stress Relieved: All barrels are stress relieved and no straightening is done.

Specifications:

Constructed from 4140 Chrome Moly and stainless steel. The "finished" dimensions are displayed in the accompanying chart. Unturned blanks will be .025" (.63mm) to .050" (1.3mm) larger in diameter and 1-½" (3.8cm) longer than indicated. Please note that these barrels are not threaded or chambered.
