The same high-quality match-grade trigger used by the Wilson Custom Shop in its famous custom 1911 autos. Weighs a mere .2 oz. (6g) to help ensure a consistent trigger pull and ultra-crisp letoff for competition or tactical pistols. Solid shoe is precision machined from high-grade aluminum alloy, with clean, well-defined serrations on the face for positive finger contact and neatly radiused edges that won’t abrade finger; attractive, low-luster finish. Great adjustable trigger (01/06/2012)

This will be my third Wilson adjustable Short trigger. Each one is in a different brand 1911 so the amount of fitting is different. It is great to be able to have a trigger that fits your hand for consistant trigger pulls. The adjustable trigger is great for competative shooting.

Excellent Trigger (26/01/2015)

I installed this into a Remington 1911R1 Stainless on my lunch break. Needed a few passes on some 400grit and it fit like a glove. It took away the side to side wobble that the factory trigger had, as well as the up and down movement. It put my trigger finger out where I am more comfortable (about 3/8 of an inch longer than stock) feels like a completely different gun.

25 minutes invested in install.

GREAT Trigger (13/05/2015)

Have purchased 2 of these and will purchase at least 1 or 2 more. Great trigger, super feel and pretty easy to install. I've installed them on a SA MC Operator and a Sig 1911 Nightmare full size. MC Operator took a little more fitting (filing top and bottom of the trigger) than the Sig, but the "wings" adjusted BEAUTIFULLY to reduce take-up. It's my "go to" 1911 even with the SA TRPs I have. I have a SA Lightweight Champion Operator coming and I'll install one of these triggers in it as well. Try a flat trigger, I love them and get all my buddies to try it, most like it.

Wilson combat quality! (06/10/2015)

I have purchased this because i have always belived in flat trigger gives the best finger position. I fitted this in a 2013 production Sig 1911 carry Tacops, with this pistol, very minor fitting was required. I only had to slightly file the top and bottom part of the pad ( around 2 passes each). I did not have to adjust the width of the bow or the bow support in the front.

I've purchased several of these triggers. Very easy to install. It requires very little fitting. To enhance reliability, lightly stone all sharp edges on the trigger stirrup, inside and out. Lightly file the trigger's shoe to fit the frame. Make sure to take the same amount off of the top and bottom of the shoe. When fitted correctly, you shouldn't have any up or down play. With a good trigger job you'll really like it. Great, light let-off.

Ordered this for series 80 Colt Commander. Had to fit top and bottom of trigger a little and went right in. Got-er all back together (even the dang series 80 pieces) and works grest -- Looks much better then the sloppy nylon Colt trigger.

This trigger was a true drop-in, and required NO FITTING on my RIA 1911MS. The pull is smooth and crisp, and it was a breeze to install. It looks great and the ribs on the trigger pad feel good, give a positive grip on the trigger pull.I paired it with the Wilson skeletonized hammer and stainless beavertail.[...]

I got this install along with a trigger job kit. This is a nice, comfortable trigger. I will recommend it to anyone who wants a crisp, tight and adjustable trigger.

Definitely LONG (08/01/2012)

Good looking, lightweight trigger. Requires fitting (reducing overall height) to fit most Gov't editions. This is the LONG version, and is easily twice as long as stock, which moves your finger orard in trigger well, reducing the space available.

Great trigger after prep (16/08/2012)

This is a great trigger after some prep work. The inside edges are coarse with flashing left over from machining or cutting. The stirrup is not as perfect as it used to be when I bought several of these units over ten years ago. It looks like some corner were cut in production. However, these issues can be remedied by anyone with a practised eye. Smooth the inside edges, align the stirrup, smooth the surfaces that contact the channel inside the pistol frame, and lightly polish. Fit the top and bottom pads by lightly passing on a file or 600 grit wet or dry sandpaper on a glass surface. After 10 or so minutes you'll have a perfectly fit match trigger.

190 LONG ULTRALIGHT MATCH TRIGGER (07/10/2012)

Requires a little fitting. Go easy, just a bit at a time to achieve a perfect fit.. Very light. This is probably the 7th one that I've suggested and purchased for my customers. Very easy to fit and polish.

changed out the plastic trigger on my sti with Wilson. much better trigger .adusted tabs done .no filing need .good snug fit. took out all of the slop in factory trigger I could not adjust out. took 10 min to change out.

Very crisp and tight trigger, definitely Ã compÃ©tition trigger ultra fast reset a jewel!!! BUT, very dificult to install and adjusting, also for a Gunsmith lime me. Strongly recomand to you make the job by a QUALIFY Gunsmith to anjoy full potential of this trigger!!!! Very good product, Major fitting...
