Spring-loaded, telescoping legs adjust quickly, fold parallel to barrel for carrying. Series 1A2 bipods have solid base and do not swivel or rotate. Series S bipods rotate 45° for instant leveling on uneven ground. Buffer springs and adjustable tension on hinged base help eliminate tremor. All Models available in either Series. All Adapters fit either Series bipods. Not recommended for lever actions.Delivery time approx. 7-14 days.

Constructed from aluminum and high carbon steel with an anodized black finish, the adjustment height range extends from the resting surface to the center of the bore. Height adjustments are easily made with equally spaced notches on the BRM model.

1a2 BRM and SBRM 31/01/2013
Purchased an Armalite SPR, M15 A4 flat top. I put a 6 inch rail with GG&G bipod adapter(purchased from Brownells) on the orginal handguards. I added the Harris 1a2BRM 6/9 bipod. There was a small cant using this bipod causing the scope to looked canted. Returned and purchased the SBRM; problem solved. IMHO always spend the extra few bucks for the swivel feature.
Good investment for your AR-15/M16 04/01/2013
By far, aside from a bayonet, one of the best things you can put on the end of your AR-15/M16. If you are using a 20" rifle, you don't need a flashlight, and likely won't need a laser either. With iron sights or a nice scope, this little item assists you in making that long shot. And the tilting feature allows me to level out of a slightly uneven surface. A wise investment that doesn't deviate too far from the K.I.S.S. rule.
