Introducing the ultimate in precision and reliability for your optics!
When Area 419 set out to make an ideal scope ring, they recognized the need for a reliable and true capture of the optic—something you won’t find anywhere else on the market. This journey led them to a unique process that results in serialized, final-bore matched rings, crafted from raw aluminum internals. The result is a grip on your optic that is more reliable and true than any other option available.
Key Features:
- Material: 7075 Aerospace Grade Billet Aluminum (with Stainless Steel Hardware)
- Coating: Type 3 Hardcoat Anodize (internal bore is raw aluminum)
- Tube Diameter: Available in 30mm, 34mm, 35mm, and 36mm
- Mount Height: Low (24mm), Medium (28mm), High (32mm)
Like most rings, these begin as separate parts. Area 419 manufactures the bases and caps in batches. While many manufacturers send these parts to anodize before assembly, Area 419 goes the extra mile. Once the parts return from anodize, they are fully assembled and placed back into specially produced rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to specifications over specially made spacers, allowing the rings to securely grip the optic. Finally, the rings are precision bored as sets in world-class machining centers.
The rings are then removed from the machine in sets and marked with a laser, ensuring that each set is uniquely identified to match its precision-bored counterparts. Is it overkill? Probably. But Area 419 believes it’s the right way to ensure quality and performance. And that’s exactly what they intend to deliver.
