Discover the ultimate in precision and reliability with AREA 419 MATCH SCOPE RINGS.
When Area 419 set out to create the ideal scope ring, they focused on producing a reliable and true capture of the optic—something you won’t find anywhere else on the market. This journey led to a process that results in serialized, final-bore matched rings with raw aluminum internals, ensuring a grip on your optic that is more dependable and accurate than any other option available.
Key Features:
- Material: 7075 Aerospace Grade Billet Aluminum (with Stainless Steel Hardware)
- Coating: Type 3 Hardcoat Anodize (internal bore is raw aluminum)
- Tube Diameter: Available in 30mm, 34mm, 35mm, 36mm
- Mount Height: Low (24mm), Medium (28mm), High (32mm)
Like most rings, these begin as separate parts. Area 419 produces the bases and caps in batches. While many manufacturers send these parts for anodizing before assembly, Area 419 takes additional steps to ensure quality. Once the parts return from anodizing, they are fully assembled and placed back into specially produced rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to specification over specially made spacers, allowing the rings to properly torque down on the optic. Finally, they are matched and final-bored in their world-class machining centers.
The rings are then removed from the machine in sets and marked with a laser to identify each set uniquely, ensuring they match their precision-bored counterparts. Is it overkill? Probably. But Area 419 believes it's the right way to do it, and that’s exactly what they are committed to.
