Introducing the unmatched precision of AREA 419 MATCH SCOPE RINGS!
When Area 419 set out to create the ideal scope ring, they aimed to achieve a level of reliability and true capture of the optic that is unparalleled in the market. This journey led to a unique process that results in serialized, final-bore matched rings, crafted from raw aluminum internals. The result is a grip on your optic that surpasses any other options available.
Key Features:
- Material: 7075 Aerospace Grade Billet Aluminum (with Stainless Steel Hardware)
- Coating: Type 3 Hardcoat Anodize (internal bore is raw aluminum)
- Tube Diameter: Available in 30mm, 34mm, 35mm, 36mm
- Mount Height: Low (24mm), Medium (28mm), High (32mm)
Like most scope rings, these begin as separate parts. Area 419 manufactures the bases and caps in batches, taking extra steps in their production process. Unlike many who simply send parts for anodizing and then assemble, they ensure that once the parts return, they are fully assembled and placed back into specially produced rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to specifications over specially made spacers, allowing the rings to torque down effectively on the optic. Each set is final-bored in world-class machining centers, ensuring consistency and precision.
Once off the machine, rings are marked as sets in the laser, with each set uniquely identified to match its precision-bored counterparts. Is this approach overkill? Perhaps. However, Area 419 believes it’s the right way to do things, and that’s exactly what they intend to deliver.
