Looks like multiple generations of copies of copies. Some of the recipes are hard to read because it's been stepped on too many times. I wish I'd saved my money and just used the data listed on powder manufacturer's Web sites. This manual claims to be nothing more than that. I don't know how old the data in this manual is. What I do know is the data on the Web sites is up-to-date.
