Great dies 28/12/2016
I've used dies from RCBS, Hornady, Lee, Forster, and Redding. Forster and Redding are my favorites. There are few choices for dies in this caliber (338-378 Wby) but these Redding dies have worked great for me. I wish they offered the competition micrometer seating die, but the regular seating die gets the job done. I FL size my brass after each firing and my groups average 1/2 to 3/4 MOA from my Accumark. These sizing dies have a long, cylindrical expander ball that keeps the neck nicely aligned. Because it's fairly long you'll want to use some neck lube. I really like the Hornady spray case lube since it's really light and doesn't leave much residue. I just spray the case mouths lightly, rub the case with sizing wax and run them into the die. Smooth as butter.
Not correct size 09/01/2014
Mic'ed out .005 below spec once I recover the stuck brass. It was real fun trying to unstick the brass from it. The one I ordered for .243 works perfect. The 300 RUM way too small. have to check my .204 still. Looking for a different one to replace it with.
