No straightening is done and all barrels are stress relieved.

Product Overview

Renowned for their quality, Douglas Double XX premium-grade barrels provide exceptional accuracy and craftsmanship. Each barrel is:

  • Button rifled for unparalleled smoothness
  • Manufactured with tolerances for groove diameter and straightness held to .0005"
  • Available in various calibers ranging from .22 to .338 featuring 6 grooves, and .358, .375, and .458 barrels with 8 grooves
  • Stress relieved, with no straightening performed

Specifications

Constructed from 4140 Chrome moly and stainless steel, the "Finished" dimensions are detailed in the accompanying chart. Note that unturned blanks will be:

  • .025" (0.63mm) to .050" (1.3mm) larger in diameter
  • 1-½" (3.8cm) longer than specified

These barrels are not threaded or chambered.
