No straightening is done and all barrels are stress relieved.

Famous for their quality, Douglas Double XX premium-grade barrels are an excellent choice for any rebarrelling project. With proven accuracy and the finest care in manufacture, these barrels are designed to meet the highest standards.

  • Stress Relieved: All barrels are stress relieved, ensuring superior performance.

Specifications:

Material: 4140 Chrome moly and stainless steel.

Finished dimensions are shown in the chart. Unturned Blanks will be .025" (.63mm) to .050" (1.3mm) larger in diameter and 1-½" (3.8cm) longer than shown. Not threaded or chambered.
