815145026521 The Wilson Bushing Type Full Length Sizing Die. This die will allow you to size the case neck to your desired neck tension along with sizing down the rest of the case body at the same time. Die includes an adjustable depth decapping rod. An extra Decapping Punch is included. These dies do not contain an expander. Made of High Quality Heat Treated Steel. These Full Length Bushing dies mimic the neck sizing of Wilsons’ neck sizing dies and are designed to leave 3/16” at the bottom of the case neck unsized, a practice many shooters prefer and find to be more accurate than sizing the full neck. Great Die . . . . but 03/08/2018
This is a terrific die! Don't get me wrong. It was easy to get set up by following the instructions, no problem there. It sizes cases very consistently and saves me a couple of steps in the prep department. The problem I had was that alignment of the cartridge in the case holder was critical. If the cartridge was not precisely aligned, the flat at the bottom of the decapping rod would catch the top of the case neck and bend a chunk of it inward. RIP expensive cartridge. I resolved that problem by chucking the decapping rod into the lathe and making a radius to the decapping pin. Problem solved. Gonna get one of these for my 30BR too!!
