Introducing the ATLAS S-ONE M-LOK Free Floating Handguard – the perfect upgrade for your AR-15!

The ATLAS S-ONE is the latest innovation in the Aero Precision Handguard lineup, crafted from high-quality 6061-T6 Aluminum. This handguard series is designed with both size and weight in mind, making it the ideal choice for your lightweight build.

Key Features:

  • Durable ATLAS Attachment System: A robust and reliable mounting platform that maintains a slim profile while ensuring the strength and stability Aero Precision handguards are known for.
  • Actual Handguard Lengths: Available in lengths of 7.3", 9.3", 10.3", 12.7", and 15". Note that Aero Precision rail lengths measure from the receiver to the end of the last picatinny slot at the muzzle.
  • M-LOK Profiles: Choose from options of 7.3", 9.3", 10.3", 12.7", and 14.94" (Actual Length 15").

ATLAS Technology:

The new Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS) combines functionality with aesthetic appeal. It features two mirrored tapered locking nuts that provide evenly distributed clamping pressure via a custom-engineered barrel nut, utilizing a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent ensures secure installation while preventing distortion of the handguard.

ATLAS Handguards are designed to integrate seamlessly with Aero's M4E1 Threaded Upper Receivers and are also compatible with any Mil-Spec AR-15 upper receivers. However, they may not be suitable for billet upper receivers due to indexing tabs. Save when you purchase them as a combo!

Please remember that the ATLAS Handguards are NOT compatible with Aero's M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receiver.

Brownells USA Solid & light handguard-HEAVY barrel nut 27/08/2018

I purchased the 12 inch guard in black to be used with a 14.5 inch barrel. Machining was top notch, no sharp edges and all parts needed for install were included. Fit & finish were great and rail looks great with Aero upper & lower. I was surprised that the guard is pushed as slimline, and has a large portion of the rail removed for weight reduction yet this ships with a barrel nut that is so HUGE. I messaged Aero on this and would love to see a new nut that still allows for S-One attachment yet weighs 1/2 as much. Overall a very solid rail, and a great attachment mechanism. Would buy again, and would consider other brands more seriously based on total installed weight (rail+nut)
