Product Overview

Famous for their precision, the Douglas Double XX premium-grade barrels are an excellent choice for any rebarrelling project. They are known for their proven accuracy and the finest care in manufacture.

Features

  • Button rifled for unequalled smoothness
  • Tolerances for groove diameter and straightness held to .0005"
  • .264 through .338 barrels feature 6 grooves
  • .358, .375, and .458 barrels have 8 grooves
  • No straightening is done; all barrels are stress relieved

Specifications

Constructed from 4140 Chrome moly and stainless steel. The "finished" dimensions are shown in the chart. Unturned Blanks will be .025" (.63mm)-.050" (1.3mm) larger in diameter and 1-½" (3.8cm) longer than shown. Not threaded or chambered.
