Spring-loaded, telescoping legs adjust quickly, fold parallel to barrel for carrying. Series 1A2 bipods have solid base and do not swivel or rotate. Series S bipods rotate 45° for instant leveling on uneven ground. Buffer springs and adjustable tension on hinged base help eliminate tremor. All Models available in either Series. All Adapters fit either Series bipods. Not recommended for lever actions.Delivery time approx. 7-14 days.
The Harris S-BR Bipod Sling Swivel Mount is designed to mount effortlessly to QD swivel studs on bolt action and single-shot rifles, ensuring ultimate field accuracy. This bipod will not change your rifle's zero, and the added weight helps to steady your firearm for improved performance.
Constructed from aluminum and high carbon steel with an anodized black finish. The adjustment height range is from the resting surface to the center of the bore, with height noted in the chart below. The Model BR is specifically designed for benchrest use.

I have several models of Harris bipods for competition old and new. The Series "S" Type bipods are definitely the best in their product line. I particularly like the swivelling action feature that allows the gun to be slightly canted on either side for much quicker sight acquisition vs. the non swivelling type which will require moving the bipod to compensate for the aim. These new improved models appears to be sturdier than its predessessors. These classic bipods still remain as one of the top choice among military snipers and competition shooters today. Perfect combination for YHM bipod adapter.

I have been using Harris Bi-pods for some 30 years now and in that time, I they have never malfunctioned or let me down. With the inclusion of this bipod I now own three Harris bipods. They are all of different heights but they all do the same thing, hold the rifle steady. Many a Woodchuck has met its maker because the my Harris did its job.
