I've mounted several of these over the years and IMHO there's no finer, stronger mount for an optic on a Ruger Blackhawk. Two holes to be D/T and the rear sight replaced, but once done this is rock-solid and ready to go. I just did one for a customer and he simply replied, "absolutely perfect.."
