850041491905 R2S FLASH HIDERS These fit Plan B type mounts. Always use an alignment rod to ensure that the entire system is set up correctly. Make sure all surfaces are cleaned and the muzzle device has been torqued and Rockset to the barrel. Use on a Q can voids your warranty, be warned. Torque the muzzle device to approximately 15-25 ft lbs. Make sure the muzzle device is square against the shoulder. When setting the silencer on the muzzle device, ensure that the threads and tapers are clean. Torque the suppressor to 10 ft lbs. Ensure alignment. Enjoy. The nitride finish does lead to a tighter seal, with that said, it is extremely important to torque and rockset your muzzle device to the barrel properly. FEATURES: 17-4 PH Atlas and Atlas XL compatible Plan B compatible Black Nitride finish (67 HRC Surface hardness) Shims not included, if you would like to specifically time this, shims will be required. Note: your barrel may require a shim if the manufacturer did not put a thread relief on it.

The R2S Flash Hider from Rearden Manufacturing Group LLC is designed to fit Plan B type mounts, ensuring a seamless integration with your firearm. This product is engineered with precision and durability in mind, making it an essential addition for any serious shooter.

Key Features:

  • Compatible with Atlas and Atlas XL
  • Plan B compatibility
  • Black Nitride finish with a surface hardness of 67 HRC
  • Constructed from 17-4 PH stainless steel
  • Shims not included; shims are required for specific timing

Important Note: If your barrel does not have a thread relief, you may need a shim for proper installation.

When installing the R2S Flash Hider, always use an alignment rod to ensure that the entire system is set up correctly. Ensure all surfaces are clean, and that the muzzle device is properly torqued and secured with Rockset to the barrel. Using this on a Q can will void your warranty, so please be cautious.
