850041491233 R2S FLASH HIDERS These fit Plan B type mounts. Always use an alignment rod to ensure that the entire system is set up correctly. Make sure all surfaces are cleaned and the muzzle device has been torqued and Rockset to the barrel. Use on a Q can voids your warranty, be warned. Torque the muzzle device to approximately 15-25 ft lbs. Make sure the muzzle device is square against the shoulder. When setting the silencer on the muzzle device, ensure that the threads and tapers are clean. Torque the suppressor to 10 ft lbs. Ensure alignment. Enjoy. The nitride finish does lead to a tighter seal, with that said, it is extremely important to torque and rockset your muzzle device to the barrel properly. FEATURES: 17-4 PH Atlas and Atlas XL compatible Plan B compatible Black Nitride finish (67 HRC Surface hardness) Shims not included, if you would like to specifically time this, shims will be required. Note: your barrel may require a shim if the manufacturer did not put a thread relief on it.

The R2S FLASH HIDER from Rearden Manufacturing Group LLC is designed for optimal performance and compatibility. This flash hider features M18x1.5 threads and a taper shoulder, finished in sleek black nitride for durability and style.

Product Features:

  • Compatible with Plan B type mounts
  • Constructed from 17-4 PH stainless steel
  • Atlas and Atlas XL compatible
  • Black Nitride finish with 67 HRC surface hardness
  • Shims not included; shims may be required for specific timing

Important Note: If your barrel lacks a thread relief, a shim may be necessary for proper installation.

Installation Guidelines:

To ensure the best performance:

  • Always use an alignment rod to set up the system correctly.
  • Clean all surfaces before installation.
  • Torque the muzzle device to approximately 15-25 ft lbs and ensure it is square against the shoulder.
  • When attaching the silencer, ensure threads and tapers are clean.
  • Torque the suppressor to 10 ft lbs and check for alignment.

Warning: Using on a Q can voids your warranty. Proper torque and Rockset application to the barrel are crucial for a tight seal.
