Introducing the HOLE CENTER PUNCHES, BROWNELLS #10 HOLE CENTER PUNCH ONLY – the ultimate solution for achieving accurate hole placement when mounting sights, ribs, or bases on your firearm.

Product Features:

  • 3 special Center Punches with outside diameters (O.D.) that match the clearance drill size of the most popular sight, rib, and scope base mounting screws.
  • Ground, parallel-sided punches designed to reach through even the thickest handgun rib.
  • Eliminates guess-work and hole center-to-center spacing problems.

How to Use:

To ensure precise hole placement:

  1. Level your gun in a vise or scope mounting jig.
  2. Position and level your sight, rib, or base, then clamp it in place.
  3. Place the correct size punch in the hole and lightly tap with a 4-oz. hammer.
  4. Remove the base, drill and tap the first hole, then re-install the base and check positioning.
  5. If everything is "square", re-clamp and finish drilling the other holes.
