Long Cup Tip
Life Saver 19/05/2018
After days of trying to get out the taper pin on my
S&W M&P 15 OR out with a regular pin punch so I can install a free floating handguard, I ordered this cup tip punch thinking it probably wonât work either. After the first hit it budged and 2 more hits it came right out. It was such a relief, but the WD40 I sprayed on the taper pin probably helped it after soaking in for days. Iâm sure this would still do the job since it prevents it from slipping off the pin. Amazing product.
Breaks easily 04/01/2017
This punch has a sharp transition between the shaft and the handle/shank, so it is prone to fracture there.
