Brownells USA Crushes Brass 23/11/2014

After 800-1000 pieces of brass, it started crushing them. I followed the instructions and 'opened' the collet, only for it to work for about 40 more pieces of brass. I've done this process over and over, but it always goes back to crushing brass. There must be a design flaw.
