Definitely recommended

I keep these in the range bag as extras. Had a failure last time out and these are the exact same ones I used. You never know when you'll need them

Slightly larger than factory rings 18/11/2011
Bought these to replace some factory CAR-15 DPMS rings that blew less than 400 rounds down range. Caution: while these rings will fit in a DPMS bolt, they will be tight. Not to worried as I know the bolt will work more fluidly as the new rings are broken in. These would have rated higher if they fit better, but as it is, it takes a bit to snap the bolt out from the closed battery position with the bolt removed from the weapon.
