Aluminum fixture securely cradles bolt and prevents flying parts. Threaded steel shank captures and compresses ejector spring and aligns roll pin for easy removal with punch, loosens gradually to relieve spring tension. Works equally well for bolt assembly. Compact and light enough to take to the field. A must for all AR shooters.Delivery time approx. 7-14 days.

Works as expected 03/02/2017
Worked as expected. It does have some wiggle room and you might notice the tool hit the bolt face by the lugs, but just add a small amount of pressure to the side to realign and it will work perfectly. Makes taking the pin out so much easier.
Great tool for the task 10/01/2017
I was able to try out my new tool for the first time today and I'm very pleased with it. It feels very solid, and I don't believe it'll ever need replacing. Like others have said, it has a nice recessed edge for if you'd like to hold it in a vice, although I simply sat it on my workbench. It held the bolt securely while the piston portion was turned to push the ejector into the bolt, then I used a 1/16" roll pin punch to tap out the roll pin. Others have mentioned that the block would catch the roll pin, but my block has holes drilled completely through. I'm not sure if that's how it was designed, but I simply put a piece of clear tape across the bottom to make sure the roll pin didn't go anywhere when it came out. This turned out to be helpful because when it was time to put it back together, I could hold it up to the light and see the whole way through to make sure everything was lined up before I started tapping the pin back in. I believe it's worth the cost and would recommend it.
