Slightly recommend

Brownells USA Cheekrest Is Weak 15/09/2017

I received the stock with the cheekrest jammed. I called Archangel four days ago and they said they would send me a return label. Four days later and no label, so I returned it to Brownells. This stock has a lot going for it. It is solid, no wiggle and strong. It is the same weight as the stock I took off. A small amount of fitting is required to get it to mate up with the receiver, but that is the way it is designed. A little file work and you get a beautiful fit. As you can tell, I would like to see this stock work for me, but there are three problems: The cheekrest is flimsy and easy to jam. The length of pull adjustment is small. Factory response to my problem is not good. This is a good design except for the cheekrest and the length of pull adjustment.

Brownells USA Only useful as a paperweight 20/10/2015

I like the general concept, but the execution is terrible. The fit between parts is poor which makes the whole thing rattle. And it weights a ton, the weight of this stock is so great that it significantly increases the weight of the gun in a notable way. I would estimate that it weights about as much as 3 or 4 standard plastic AK buttstocks, and this one does not even have a compartment for the cleaning kit. And the travel of the length adjustment is so small that it fails to fill its porpoise.
