Definitely recommended

Brownells USA Secure and effective hand guard 09/06/2015

Great new design that fits perfectly on AKM patterned rifles. The biggest problem, if any, is the removal of the front band on the weapon. After that everything is easy to install and align and the directions provide clear details.

Afterwards the benefit is seen and felt immediately in the new ergonomics and increased control capability.

I love this hand guard. It was very easy to install. The heat shield does a great job of keeping your hands from getting to warm. It works well with all the M-Lok accessories. It fitted perfect with my Ultimak gas tube as well. I couldn't be happier with the purchase.
