The 90° Muzzle Facing Cutter & Brass Pilot from BROWNELLS is an essential tool for any firearms enthusiast looking to maintain and enhance the performance of their rifles and handguns. This hardened steel cutter is designed to square a muzzle after shortening or to repair dings and damage effectively.
Product Features:
- Material: Hardened steel for durability.
- Length: 3¼" (8.2cm) long (except .165" cutter, 2-3/8" (6cm) long).
- Diameter: 1" (2.5cm) or .750" (19mm) as required.
- Handle: Made of aluminum, measuring 3½" (8.9cm) long and weighing 3 oz. (85 g).
- Pilot: Crafted from brass, 1¼" (3.2cm) long.
- Packaging: Comes in a convenient polypropylene box.

Good Jub Squaring Muzzle 18/03/2010
If you don't have access to a lathe this is the best way to face a muzzle that you have cut. While the lathe is preferable this does a really good job in a pinch. It's built well, very sharp, and leaves a nice finish on the metal. I strongly recommend finishing the crown with 79 degree crown cutter.
