The EGW Winchester 70 Heavy Duty Scope Bases provide a robust and versatile solution for mounting your optics on Winchester Model 70 rifles. Designed for ease of use, these scope bases allow you to add a one-piece Picatinny scope rail to your shotgun without the need for drilling or tapping.

Key Features:

  • Precision Machined: Crafted from extruded 7075 T6 aluminum, ensuring durability and strength.
  • Versatile Mounting: Features Picatinny slot-and-rail spacing for quick adjustments to eye relief and flexibility in scope choice.
  • Factory Fit: Drilled to fit factory scope mount holes on Winchester Model 70 long action rifles with .860 hole spacing on front and rear receiver rings.
  • Compatible: Accepts both Picatinny and Weaver scope rings.
  • Heavy Duty Design: Mounts are .100" lower than Lightweight mounts, minimizing weight and keeping your optic closer to the barrel centerline for improved accuracy.
  • Full-Width Cross-Slots: Gauged to MIL-STD 1913 specifications to +/-.002".
  • Included Hardware: Comes with socket head Torx® screws and wrench for easy installation.

EGW recommends applying 20 inch lbs of torque and a drip of blue loctite for optimal performance.
