076683090287 The RCBS Uniflow Powder Measure will throw consistently accurate charges by volume with all types of smokeless powder. The straight forward measuring cylinder design helps eliminate powder hang ups which can lead to double charges or overcharges. The numbered measuring screw changes easily from charge to charge, and enables you to go back to a known charge at a later date. The precision ground cylinder is honed main casting produce a smooth and accurate powder dispensing system. Mount is a standard 7/8 to fourteen thread, comes with a bench or shelf bracket and two drop tubes for 22 caliber and up. Mounts on the RCBS Powder Measure or the Sinclair Powder Measure Stand (11-1200), accepts Sinclair Drop Tubes with a Sinclair Adapter. DO NOT USE WITH BLACK POWDER.

Definitely recommended
Solves powder flow issues 27/10/2015
As a picky reloader, I try to exclude as many variables as possible from my reloading so that I am consistent across the board with my ammunition. By keeping the gravity feed pressure constant on the metering unit, the powder baffle allows more uniform powder charges. It also can help to keep powder (flake especially) from forming small clumps in humid weather.
The baffle has a hole in the center where the powder drains through. When you are done with that particular powder, or desire to remove the baffle for any reason, you can make an "L" shaped hook and lift the baffle out. As one reviewer pointed out, perhaps it should come with one, but a piece of 10 gauge copper wire solved the matter for me.

I find this product a very inexpensive valuable upgrade.
The down side is you need to build or create a contraption to remove it for cleaning when changing powders. Or you could just unscrew the powder measure from its mount and dump it upside down and let it fall out.
It is kind of a mystery why this item is not included with the measure.
