814927020399 The Trigger Guard offers a drop in upgrade over the standard AR trigger guard. The enlarged profile allows for glove use in cold weather or tactical operations. The trigger guard also maintains the original swing down function for use with heavier gloves though not with the spring loaded plunger, you must remove or screw in the provided retaining screw. It is a set screw attachment pin, not a spring loaded pin.

Not recommended

Brownells USA Do Not Buy 23/02/2018

I highly advise against anyone ever buying this. The front hole has a set screw and it is not thread nor does it seem to thread. I tried various ways to thread the hole except using a tap and die. The contour does not line up with a standard AR15 and it just seems like poor quality/design.



I’m going to stick with Magpul enhanced trigger guards. I’ve used both their aluminum and polymer...luckily i had one in stock to replace this junk. I hope Brownells gets rid of the B5 one.



I wish I saw the previous review about it to save me time and money.

Slightly recommend

Brownells USA Set Screw System Sucks 20/08/2017

There is a set screw in the front instead of a pin. But the set screw hole isnt actually threaded and no matter what I did, I could not get the set screw to go into the hole. Broke my allen head before it started to screw in.
