A TORX head allows you to secure screws tightly without the bit slipping, which can damage the screw slot. This ensures a clean, finished appearance for your work. The T-10 size provides ample wall thickness at the head-shank junction, while the T-15 features a large socket compatible with many popular brands of rings and bases.

Specifications:

  • U.S.-made, high-quality screws.

Brownells USA Do not fit Ruger rings 01/10/2017

Bought 2 sets for my ruger No. 1 with ruger rings. The dia. Of screw is too large to fit in recess. The price is ok, but not much better than buying from Ruger and ruger screws fit. Disapointed in Brownells. But as saying goes "buyer beware."

Brownells USA Great screws. 09/09/2014

Great screws for mounting a Weaver base to a Savage Axis .223, although the two front screws had to be shortened, which was easy with a Dremel rotary tool. The Torx heads are perfectly cut and the chance of rounding them is very small. That's the advantage of the Torx head over the hex, Phillips and slot head with screws this small. I would definitely recommend these screws for similar needs.
