ARISAKA DEFENSE TAILCAP ADAPTER FOR STREAMLIGHT HL-X

With the Arisaka Tailcap Adapter, owners of Streamlight Protac Rail Mount 1 and 2 lights can employ these switches, as well as SureFire Scout tailcaps. In addition, the Arisaka Tailcap Adapter also helps to solve one of the major issues of the Streamlight Protac rail-mount lights. Since Streamlight did not incorporate a front battery spring into the light body, the battery can come off the front contact point during the sudden shock of rifle recoil, causing the light to flicker and blink. The adapter includes a removable O-ring on the front face, which allows the battery to remain secure during firing.
