Definitely recommended

Really Cleans Up the Slide 19/02/2016

I love this safety/decocker alternative. I have installed them on three of my Beretta 92s. Two are the FS safety/decockers. The one on my Elite (G) is the decocker only. Being right handed I have no need for an additional lever on the right side of the slide. This really makes a Beretta 92 cleaner. Installation is not difficult, but be sure to do the disassembly and reassembly with the slide and your hands inside a clear plastic bag. There are two tiny plungers and springs waiting to escape. And Brownell's doesn't always have replacements in stock.

Clean up the right side! 08/11/2014

Just be careful with all the springs and detents as you install this! It's an easy job, but don't rush it! The level is the not any larger than factory, it just removes the right-side lever. Amazing how different it looks once the WC decocking lever is installed. As a tip - when punching out the two roll pins on the right side of the original decocking lever, make sure your punch is perhaps sanded down a bit from 1/16" inch! My punch got a bit stuck, so some kroil and gentle pulling was necessary.
