Not all Bronze 13/07/2016
Most likely my misunderstanding. I thought it would be 100% all bronze. I put a magnet to it and found it stuck. The shank is not bronze! It is steel. I guess there really is no harm in that. The bristles are excellent! Very well made.
Excellent Brushes 09/05/2013
Normal, run of the mill cleaning brushes that work well and last for numerous cleaning cycles. Definitely get the dozen instead of the 3-pack.
I do have two easy suggestions for best use: One is to rinse the solvent off them with water and dry them after you're finished cleaning. This helps slow bristle degradation. Two is to be sure to tighten them hard onto the cleaning rod base, as they do have a tendency to work loose.
