The MOLLE HOOK & LOOP CUMMERBUND from SPIRITUS SYSTEMS is specifically designed for use with the front and rear LV/119 plate bags. This cummerbund offers a simple and effective load carriage solution, utilizing the widely adopted MOLLE system to provide nearly limitless configurations tailored to your mission needs.

  • Allows simultaneous use of the same MOLLE cell for products mounted inside and outside the cummerbund.
  • Constructed from premium, Berry Amendment Compliant materials sourced from leading textile manufacturers.

Cummerbund Attachment:

The cummerbund attachment features a proprietary system that accommodates all of our cummerbunds, providing a wide range of adjustment options. The cummerbund is attached inside the plate bag, which offers several advantages:

  • No external mounting that can snag or rip off when exiting vehicles quickly.
  • Creates a smooth profile when worn underneath clothing.

Note that Hook & Loop is not used as an attachment method on the rear plate bag due to its tendency to wear out over time and its less-than-optimal performance when unsupported. It does not handle weight well and can stick to various materials, particularly cloth seats.

Sizing:

The cummerbund is available in two sizes, each providing up to 14 inches of total adjustment for a proper fit across all body types:

  • Size 1: 28" to 42"
  • Size 2: 40" to 54"

For optimal sizing, measure your waist at the belly button while wearing clothing similar to what you would wear with the carrier. For instance, if you're operating in arctic conditions, ensure you're dressed in cold weather gear during measurement.

Note: The LV119 Cummerbund is part of the LV119 Plate Carrier System. This item does not include a Front Plate Bag, Rear Plate Bag, Shoulder Covers, Placards, or any other accessories. Additional components are necessary for proper use. Some images may include optional accessories sold separately.
