The Spiritus Systems Lid Snake is expertly crafted for users of night vision devices that require a battery pack, ensuring safe and efficient donning and doffing.

With the Lid Snake, you can avoid the common issues associated with traditional cable management:

  • Secure Cable Management: The delicate wires connecting your battery pack to your helmet can easily become damaged or disconnected. The Lid Snake provides a reliable solution.
  • Traditional Approaches:
    • Option 1: Running tape along the cable to secure it to your helmet complicates battery pack removal for airborne operations or maintenance.
    • Option 2: Running the cable underneath your helmet may allow for quick battery pack removal but poses a risk of entanglement with other objects.

The Lid Snake effectively eliminates these problems while offering abrasion protection for your battery pack cable. This two-piece, flexible set is designed to accommodate unique helmet configurations and can be used as a single piece for flight helmets.

Compatible with ANVIS battery packs or other battery packs that feature straight connectors. Please note, 90-degree connectors will not fit!
