These discs lay flatter and stick smoother than traditional glue-on types, eliminating glue lumps and ensuring a longer disc life without high spots that wear down first. The edges remain firmly in place, which prevents "catch-and-tear" issues.

Changing discs is much easier and faster, with no cleanup required between grit changes or after using the sander. The special surface is resin bonded to a heavy cloth backing, which prevents loading up and drag-off of grit, allowing for extended cutting performance without clogging.
