Definitely recommended

Volquartsen LLV 4.5" Upper 04/05/2018

Fits perfectly on Mk IV Ruger Target. Shoots a 2 inch group at 50 yards using a 3 moa Vortex Venom Red Dot Site and Federal Champion 36 gr ammo. Works well with standard Mk IV Ruger bolt, but way better with the Volquartsen competition bolt. Also put the Volquartsen trigger on the gun. Works well with suppressor as well (Dead Air Mask HD). Best shooting pistol I own.

Weird that an upper ships only to an FFL, but it is serialized. The Ruger Mk IV upper is also serialized, so I would imagine that is the reason this one is as well
