Not recommended

Failure to feed 18/01/2014

Returned from my first range session with my new magazine. Bought this to have two during bullseye matches. The first magazine fed without a hitch, but the next three strings of 5 I tried to shoot all experienced at least one failure. My original Ruger magazine has never experienced a malfunction.

Maybe th magazine needs a break-in period.

Great Product, Requires Fitting 24/01/2013

Purchased these for my wife's Mark-II Target used for Steel Challenge competition. They're beautifully turned out and function flawlessly.

But.

The Mark-III magazine latch "speed bump" stamped on the right side of the mag interferes with removal from the Mark-II. Judicious wiggling and cussing is required to get them out of the pistol.

Either the bump has to be removed from the mags or the mag well opening need to be notched slightly for quick mag changes. I chose modding the mag well. Five minutes with a file and it was good to go.
