Installation of the Volquartsen 10/22 Lightweight Profile Tension Rifle Barrel is easy, and the company includes all the tools and parts needed to change out barrels. All that's needed is a compatible 10/22 Takedown receiver and a stock fore-end that can accept a standard .920 bull barrel. Barrel length: 16.5 inches All-black finish Weight: 2 pounds Includes 1/2x28 TPI threaded muzzle The Volquartsen 10/22 Lightweight Profile Tension Rifle Barrel is wrapped in carbon fiber to reduce weight, while the muzzle is threaded with 1/2x28 TPI threads for suppressors and muzzle accessories. The breech on the barrel is also heat-treated to provide enhanced strength.
