Unique, buttstock anchor lets you quickly adjust length for different shooters or when weather requires you wear thicker, or lighter, gear. Length adjusts by adding, removing, or switching spacers and recoil pads that accept 8-32 screws. Steel-to-steel thread attachment helps keep pad from coming loose. Easy installation requires you to drill a ¼" x 1¼" hole in the end of the buttstock and screw the anchor into the wood with the supplied Allen wrench. Spacers and recoil pads not included.Delivery time approx. 7-14 days.

Allows quick changing of recoil pads 22/10/2017
Have used several of these to repair stripped out pad holes and to permit easy changing of length of pull. I bought a Remington 1100 Sporting 28 ga. to teach younger shooters and women shotgun shooting. I bought an youth model stock and fit a Jones adjustable buttplate to it with this kit, which I also installed in the original stock. This allows quick change outs of the stocks with no screw stripping.
Similar products are listed at other companies, but this kit from Jones is easier to install and is made of better materials.
