Experience unparalleled accuracy with the Creedmoor Universal Middle Range Sight
Named after the famous range on Long Island that hosted many long-range rifle competitions in the 1870s and ‘80s, the Creedmoor ladder-type sight is fully adjustable for windage and elevation, making it suitable for both cartridge rifles and muzzleloaders.
Key Features:
- Precision Engineering: The sight is precision machined from steel and attaches to the tang with supplied setscrews, folding down when not in use.
- Universal Model: Available in middle-range 2" and long-range 3" heights.
- Windage Adjustment: The mechanism is located on the eyepiece, allowing it to be dropped close to the base for close-in shots.
- Soule Model: Provides maximum adjustability to fit any hunting or target shooting conditions.
- Elevation Adjustability: Adjustable in precise increments of 1 MOA, with one full turn of the windage knob moving the point of aim left or right by 2½ MOA in ½ minute increments.
- Quick Return: Large knurled knob at the sight base allows for fast, accurate return to center or previous setting.
- Historical Design: The “Goodwin” style sight was popular among long-range shooters in the late 1800s.
- Wide Adjustment Range: The “flag” position allows for a windage adjustment range of 1.26” and elevation adjustment of 3.94”.
- Easy Access: The Goodwin’s structure allows for easy access to the chamber for cleaning or inspection, along with a “tilt” screw for perfect vertical alignment at all elevations.
