BETTER THAN AN ADJUSTABLE COMB 14/10/2009
AFTER DOING SEVERAL INSTALLATIONS, IV'E FOUND A COUPLE TRICKS TO MAKE THINGS EASIER. 1 SPRAY WD40 ON THE 80GRIT PAPER FOR 1ST CUT TO SPEED CUTTING AND STOP SOME OF THE CLOGGING, 2ND I USE MACHINIST BLACK ON THE SIDE TO BE SCRIBED SO I CAN SEE THE GRINDING LINE BETTER.I FINISH SAND WITH A BELT SANDER,USING 220 GRIT GOING WITH THE PEICE TO REMOVE ALL SANDING LINES AND THEN PUT ON THE BUFFER TO BRING TO A BRIGHT FINISH. LOOKS GREAT AND WORKS GREAT.

Typical work involved in installing like any other adjustable. Adjustment is a bit more hassle than single point but stays put once set with no slippage. Weight was some concern put comes down nicely after cutting to pad and stock. Rotation is limited but normal 3/8 to 1/2 inch toe out is no problem.
