Innovative, integrated accessory system lets you apply the “Magpul Method” to make the tried-and-true 12 gauge 870 into a state-of-the-art tactical shotgun exactly fitted to your mission requirements. Major components are made from the same tough, hard polymer Magpul uses for their AR-15 stocks to ensure superb durability under harsh conditions. SGA Stock – User-configurable stock offers improved ergonomics, including a spacer system that lets you tailor the length of pull to the individual shooter in ½" increments from 12½" to 14½". Ergonomically enhanced grip area is similar to a pistol grip and a recoil-absorbing buttpad delivers excellent control and pointability. Accepts optional cheek risers to change the comb height. Both sides have a slot for threading on a 1¼" wide sling. Available alone or in a set that includes the MOE Forend. The SGA stock has been paired with the Mesa tactical shotshell holder. Rugged and lightweight, aluminum shell holders put extra 12 gauge shotshells on the left side of the receiver for fast tactical reloads. Shells are held in place with a unique, internal Santoprene™ elastomer rib that securely retains even heavy slug shells during vigorous movement or heavy recoil. The Remington sidemount uses steel-on-steel, threaded adapters that replace the trigger group pins to anchor the shell holder securely to the receiver. Remington 870 shotguns require a shortened, tactical-style forend to accommodate 6roundsidemount unit.
